The Säkra group’s business operations are mainly conducted through the insurance intermediary companies Säkra AB, Collea AB, Fairwater Marine AB, and Brookfield Underwriting AB, as well as the securities company Säkra Spar AB and the AIF manager and Family Office company von Euler & Partners AB. Below is a simplified overview of the Group's legal structure. All companies operating within the Säkra Group are under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).
